For the best results, upload a high-resolution photo taken in natural lighting. Ensure the subject is looking directly at the camera at eye level and that no features are cropped out of the frame.

Can I see a preview of my artwork before it ships?

Yes! We provide a digital preview for every order. You will receive an email once your masterpiece is ready for review, allowing you to request unlimited revisions until you are 100% satisfied.

How long does shipping and production take?

Typically, digital illustrations are completed within 2-3 days. Once approved, printing and shipping take an additional 5-7 business days depending on your location.

What happens if my canvas arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We will ship a replacement to you free of charge.
